About the Airdrop Phase 1

The Themis airdrop event is taking place on Polygon. Connect your wallet to check for eligibility.

Themis will airdrop $TMS to participants based on their share of a total 5,000,000 Tickets that can be claimed during the event

Participation is possible for a period of 15 days, beginning at 15:00 UTC March 31, 2023 and ending at 23:59:59 on April 15, 2023.

In order to participate, you will need a referral code shared by the Themis community.

If you have an address on any chain (Mainnet, Polygon, Optimism, Abirtrum) that has interacted with Themis V1, Aave, Compound, Arrakis, Balancer, Frax, Lido, Connext, or have received airdrops from from Arbitrum, holding at least 10 quest NFTs of Optimism, then you will be eligible to receive the corresponding Tickets by verifying your wallet.

Once your address is verified, you will receive your own referral code that you can share with your network so they can also participate. Every time a new eligible participant verifies their Tickets using your referral code, you will receive an additional 30% of his verified Tickets amount credited to your account.

The total number of Tickets will be 5,000,000 in this Phase, and no more Tickets will be awarded after the initial distribution.

The final airdrop amount will be announced by April 25, 2023.Finally, participants will be able to claim their $TMS airdrop allocation at TGE.

Notes

To ensure compliance as well as fairness, and to maximize the protection of the community's interests, be aware of the following:

• The Airdrop accounts for 10% of the total share of $TMS and is expected to be spread over a 5 rounds airdrop campaign.

• Your Ticket amount is determined by your own verification score + referral score, and referral scores will only be calculated for the portion verified by the direct referrer.

For example:

If Alice recommends Bob, and Bob is awarded 100 points, then Alice receives an additional 30 points. If Bob recommended Charlie, and Charlie receives 100 points, then Alice's total score remains 30 and Bob's total score is 130.

• You may use a referral code from any source, and anyone can create their own referral code based on their eligibility.

• Different interactions will be awarded different scores.

• The campaign will close early when 5,000,000 Tickets have been awarded, otherwise it will continue until the end of the planned campaign period.

• Pay attention to the domain name of the airdrop landing page, as there will be phishing websites imitating our campaign.
